Noah's Landing

I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased to see that quite a bit of paving has been done at Noah's Landing.  Yesterday while out putting up a sign on a new listing I decided to go home around the private side of the lake and thought I'd take at look at the waterfront lot I have listed in Noah's Landing.  Well, I didn't get a look at the lot but that was absolutely OK with me.  Even though it was about 5:30 the crew was still out there working paving away.  What a good sight that was.  I did venture in but could not get back as far as my lot on New Dawn.

I'm convinced that Noah's Landing is going to an exceptionally nice looking subdivision when it hits its stride.  There are just a few homes under construction in there right now with one that is totally completed.  There's no way to know how many owners will start to build at this time of the year but I imagine by next summer we will see a number of other homes under construction.  At the moment all of the ones being built are waterfront homes so it will be interesting to see when access homes will start going up and what they will look like.  Certainly the waterfront homes are going to be some of the prettiest around Lake Anna.

With the slowdown in the real estate market, sales have not been as brisk in Noah's Landing as they would have been before this change.  Getting the roads paved is a big step towards making the lots more saleable.  Should you have an interest in learning more about Noah's Landing and what is available, as resales and new sales, please get in touch with me.  I'll be more than happy to help you.
