What's Available at Lake Anna

The inventory is large.  I thought perhaps you might like to know just what there is.  Currently we have 130 access homes on the market priced from $179,000 - $749,000.  There are 69 waterfront homes with prices ranging from $345,000 to $1,999,999.  Some of the waterfront homes are on shared waterfront lots or park waterfront lots.  The access lots run from $44,750 to $599,900 and there are 263 of them while there are 99 waterfront lots available between $129,900 and $2,744,000.  There are a number of reasons why such a wide variance of prices in the different categories.  If you are thinking of buying or even selling you should be aware of how and why the price ranges so that you can make an informed decision.

Thanks for the wealth of information! I find it amazing that a waterfront lot is going for such a high price - greater than even the highest priced waterfront home. How could I sneak a peak online at these two properties just for fun? I really want to know what kind of lot would command a price of $2.7 mil. How common is this? Thanks again for the info.

I'll solve the mystery.  The lot for $2.7 million is quite large with 4000 ft of waterfront.  It can be developed into several lots and sold off or be the foundation for a wonderful estate the likes of which Lake Anna has not seen.  I'll be sending you the listings for both of these properties, the most expensive house and the lot.  Thanks for your comment and welcome to my blog.
