Lake Anna Real Estate Market

The curious thing about the current Lake Anna market is that the higher end properties seem to be selling more easily than those that are priced lower.  The one lot that settled in September is a waterfront lot that was listed for $719,000 and sold for $590,000.  Quite a difference.  The waterfront homes also seem to be selling more quickly than those that are access.  Right now we do have a very large inventory of access homes and access lots while there are fewer of the waterfront properties available.  It sure is a great time for someone looking for access property.  The choices are plentiful and the prices have come down substantially on many of them.  If you do not need to sell right now, my suggestion would be to hold on for better days.  In my opinion...Sellers hold on...Buyers jump in.
