Just about everywhere I go, people ask me how the Lake Anna real estate market is doing currently.  I thought I'd provide some information here.  Since September 1, 2007 seven homes have gone to closing.  There are another 18 under contract.  Only one lot has settled during this period while there are 10 lots under contract.  There are really three different statuses in this category:  under contract, contingency without a kick out (cont no K/O), and contingency with a kick out (cont K/O) but for this purpose I am including them all in the under contract status.
